Supported Sources

Tukun.ai is designed for analytical data sources such as warehouses, relational databases, and structured files.

Launch support policy

Use the product UI as the source of truth for currently enabled connectors in your account. Connector availability may vary by plan, deployment region, and private onboarding status.

• Relational databases.
• Structured files used for analysis.
• Internal demo datasets.

Structured files

Workbench file upload currently supports Excel and CSV analysis files. Use the + menu next to the Workbench input and choose Upload file.

After upload, Tukun.ai treats the file as analysis context, not as a generic attachment. It reads the table structure, infers field types and field descriptions, and keeps the resulting file data source available in the current conversation. Follow-up questions can then refer to the uploaded file without repeating the setup.

Use files for spreadsheets, exports, reports, and one-off analysis datasets. If the same data is operational, shared, or updated continuously, connect the underlying database or warehouse instead.

Database connections

Use Connect database from the Workbench + menu when you want to configure a database without leaving the conversation. The setup form appears in the assistant reply card and creates a reusable data source after the connection is saved.

Use the full data source list when you need to manage existing sources, inspect details, or find a source that is not shown in the common-source menu.

Requesting a connector

If a required source is missing, contact support with:

• Source type and vendor.
• Authentication requirements.
• Network access requirements.
• Expected data volume.
• Whether this is needed for evaluation or production.
